I'm a Japanese internally displaced person of fukushima nuclear powerplant accident.

I would like people of the world to know, the violation of human rights is going on by Japanese government right now.

3/11/2011,I lived in Ibaraki prefecture where is about 100km to south from fukushima nuclear powerplant.

After 1week later 311,I evacuated to Osaka that is about 600km to west.Because I didn't want to be exposed to radiation.Since then,I have been living in Osaka 8years and half.

The contaminated area is not only fukushima, but also grater tokyo area widely spreaded.

Fukushima nuclear power plant is still out of control.

Because former Minister of the environment said that there is no choice to throw away contaminated warter to the sea.

3/31/2017,disaster public housing is finished. As a result, many evacuee had go back to fukushima and other prefecture because of financial difficulty. This is the return policy of the government.

I'm against the recommendation of ICRP.

Because I'm afraid that the rights of evacuation that will be controlled by the government.
